Workflow

1. Define the mission

Record why the learner needs the topic, target work situations, success demonstrations, constraints, timeline, and preferred teaching style.

Completion criterion: MISSION.md describes a real outcome rather than a broad topic.

2. Assess the starting point

Use a short evidence-based baseline: explanation, artifact review, diagnostic task, or small build. Record existing strengths and misconceptions without turning assessment into a long exam.

Completion criterion: The next lesson sits just beyond current capability.

3. Curate current sources

Use official UiPath documentation, official skills and repositories, product release information, specifications, and carefully selected practitioner resources. Record freshness and purpose.

Completion criterion: Every lesson can point to a high-trust primary source.

4. Create one short lesson

Inspect existing reusable lesson components, exercises, fixtures, and visual helpers before authoring. Teach only the knowledge needed for one tangible skill, include a worked example or visual model, and keep the lesson small enough to complete in one focused sitting. Extract a genuinely reusable new component instead of inlining it repeatedly.

Completion criterion: The learner can demonstrate one new capability at the end.

5. Add retrieval and feedback

Use recall questions, prediction, debugging, modification, comparison, or a small lab with immediate feedback. Avoid answer-format clues.

Completion criterion: Practice requires active retrieval or performance, not rereading.

6. Record and space learning

Write a learning record with demonstrated capability, errors, corrections, confidence, and the next review date. Interleave related topics when appropriate.

Completion criterion: Progress and future review are durable across sessions.

7. Advance through real work

Select the next lesson from the mission and learning records, and periodically require a project, review, or explanation that transfers beyond the lesson environment.

Completion criterion: The curriculum adapts to demonstrated performance.
